Rose Palace Hotel

Set within a sprawling park of several hectares, featuring century-old oak trees on the outskirts of Tehran, the Rose Palace is a large-scale hotel complex covering approximately 20,000 m².
At the heart of the hotel lies a grand atrium, serving as its central axis, around which the 120 rooms and suites are arranged. The hotel also boasts a vast lobby, five specialized restaurants, a bar/rooftop, and a state-of-the-art professional kitchen handling room service as well as all the restaurants. Additional amenities include meeting and conference rooms, a hairdressing salon, a florist, an infirmary, a childcare centre, multiple customer service elevators, and an expansive underground parking facility.
Luxury boutiques, located on the ground floor, surround the lobby area
Adjacent to the hotel, an independent sports complex offers guests a wide range of facilities, including a large swimming pool, children’s pools, a gym, fitness room, Turkish hammam, sauna, massage rooms, changing rooms, and a cafeteria—all with views of the magnificent, tree-filled park
The design concept incorporates noble and rare materials, such as intricately cut stones and marbles forming geometric patterns on the lobby walls, bronze wrapping around the lobby columns, and gradient glass railings. All the furniture and lighting have been especially custom-made for this project. Throughout the hotel, works by renowned artists and sculptors will be featured, elevating the aesthetic experience.
The Rose Palace is a “unique” and “exclusive” project, distinguished by its scale, design, and attention to detail, making it a landmark in luxury hospitality.
