In association with Karl Lagerfeld, Shirine Zirak has designed two high-end residential towers in Taiwan, featuring luxury apartments, restaurants, fitness centres, swimming pools, and social areas.
Set within a sprawling park of several hectares, featuring century-old oak trees on the outskirts of Tehran, the Rose Palace is a large-scale hotel complex covering approximately 20,000 m². At the heart of the hotel lies a grand atrium, serving as its central axis, around which the 120 rooms and suites are arranged.
For the Odyssey project, Shirine Zirak worked in collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld on a concept referring to Ancient Greece and The Odyssey, Ulysse’s travels across the Mediterranean. This ambitious architectural project involved the creation of a new pool, spa, smokehouses, bars, restaurants by Chef Joël Robuchon, as well as meeting rooms, terraces, and both exterior and interior gardens.
An 18th-century mansion spanning 2,000 m² in the heart of Paris, near the Champs-Élysées. The history of this landmark plays a crucial role in Shirine Zirak’s work. While preserving the classical architecture and the timeless elegance that defines this mansion, Zirak skilfully introduced modernity through a thoughtful use of materials.
These two chalets, linked through their basement, set the standard for luxury housing in the mountains. They were conceived to provide the highest level of comfort (personalized rooms for each family member, offices, ballroom, home cinema, gym, hammam , swimming pool,..).

This 10.000 square meter hotel situated right in the heart of Monaco, benefits from an exceptional location.
The customer for this unique project was always drawn towards oriental aesthetic and deeply passionate about hammams. He made one his dream come true when ordering for an exceptional hammam complex to be built on his property. For this project Shirine Zirak took inspiration from Persian, Turkish and Greek hammams.
This spacious apartment is a part of a Haussmannian building located at the corner of avenue Victor Hugo and belongs to an art-collecting couple. There was a redistribution and renovation of the residence while preserving the charm of the old.
This showroom apartment with its ideal location doubles as a private home. The large windows offer a towering view over Madison Avenue and its luxury boutiques. This French fashion designer wanted to bring Parisian style to Manhattan. He asked Shirine Zirak to bring the spirit of French classicism to his New York apartment and showroom.
Metropole Shopping in Monte-Carlo, with its luxury boutiques, is the staple high-end shopping centre in Monaco, right in the centre of the golden square and a stone-throw away from the Casino and the Café de Paris. From 2007 to 2010, Shirine Zirak was tasked on several occasions with partial renovations of this shopping centre.
Cannes City-Centre is a great choice for travellers interested in luxury-brand shopping and relaxation. The Majestic Barrière sits on La Croisette in Cannes, a stone-throw away from the Palais des Festivals and the old port. The hotel is a staple during the Cannes Film Festival and is popular with celebrities from all over the world.
The headquarters of SODEVIM, a real estate development company, are located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris and spread across 2 floors. The offices are built around their core, a large Hopper overlooking a sizeable meeting room. To further highlight that epicentre, Shirine Zirak used a mirrored ceiling to suggest the existence of a third level.
This showroom in the heart of Paris and near the Louvre belongs to a French fashion designer favoured by Parisian ‘hit-girls’. Shirine Zirak designed this boutique in a classic style worthy of Marie Antoinette. It opens on several elegant spaces where dresses, cosmetics and precious objects are exhibited.
Leetha is the essence of an exclusive, Parisian, luxurious cashmere brand. The boutique is ideally located on rue Faubourg Saint Honoré in the heart of Paris. For the design of this boutique, Shirine Zirak opted for sleek and contemporary shapes highlighted by the choice of a very graphic black, white and grey marble for the floor.
This large Haussmanian apartment by the Seine, facing the Eiffel Tower, belongs to a couple working in real estate development. The sizeable reception rooms are articulated around a beautiful rotonda with exceptional volumes. The harmony of the whole is achieved by highlighting the place’s beautiful volumes and reconstructing missing architectural elements such as mouldings, cornices, panelling, and door frames.
This apartment located a stone-throw away from the Eiffel Tower was designed for short stays in Paris. Shirine Zirak created great perspectives within this space to give the occupants a better opportunity to enjoy a great view of the city and to allow natural light to liven the whole of the apartment.
