The headquarters of SODEVIM, a real estate development company, are located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris and spread across 2 floors.
The offices are built around their core, a large Hopper overlooking a sizeable meeting room. To further highlight that epicentre, Shirine Zirak used a mirrored ceiling to suggest the existence of a third level.
The offices are separated by large glass walls and small masonry walls, giving them unobstructed views and great perspectives on the outdoor gardens while maintaining privacy. The conference rooms on both levels benefit from the same principle. The great perspectives created with a play on void and transparency, gives a great physical and visual fluidity.
The noble and raw materials, such as Zebrino marble on the floor, the paintings the walls, create an elegant and timeless yet modern and graphic aesthetic.
